Apt 201

Only a short, one-block walk to E-Town College's campus, this house is convenient for students and certainly has a welcoming "home away from home" feel. Apt 201 features 3 unique and spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms can comfortably accommodate two people. This house also features a screened in porch. 
 
156 Hummelstown Street

The house on Hummelstown Street is a quaint and cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bath house overlooking a serene creek in the backyard. While this home is a little farther from campus (4 blocks) it is a very quiet area and only a short walk to downtown restaurants such as the Lucky Duck, Folklore Coffee House and Rita’s. Relax with your friends on the shaded deck that overlooks the creek or enjoy the swing on the front porch.  This home is the most affordable of the houses available.

364 East Park Street

The “Whitehouse” is a 3-unit home that features a large 5-bedroom house on the left side and two, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments on the right. This home is only a short walk (2-blocks) through the park and down Mt. Joy Street to campus.

5 Bedroom House: This is a large house with 5 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for your convenience.  Due to the  large size of this house and ability to  accommodate 5 people it is a tremendous value for a large group but still very comfortable and convenient to campus.
