Elite Collegiate Properties specializes in off-campus living environments that are affordable, comfortable and convenient to campus. Providing a positive and safe environment is our number one goal so you can focus on the college experience and ultimately create memories that last a lifetime.

We offer a wide variety of property selections (large 2 - 3 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom houses), to suit your group needs and budget. Appliances are provided in each rental and several of our homes come fully or partially furnished.

Lease agreements can be individualized for those who prefer 'hassle-free' accommodations (i.e. utilities, wi-fi, etc included in your rent) or options to manage your own utilities are also available.

 

 For the past 13 years, Elite Collegiate Properties has proudly served the student population at Elizabethtown College. Our commitment to provide a "Home Away From Home" for your off-campus housing is our mission and motto!
